Refund & Return Policy

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at wholesale@americanscreeningcorp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will, at our discretion, replace the affected item or issue a refund.
Nature of diagnostic devices
Because our products are lot-controlled diagnostic devices with labeled storage requirements, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened products in resalable condition may be eligible for return at our discretion if requested within 7 days of delivery; return shipping may be the buyer's responsibility and a restocking fee may apply.
Non-returnable items
Custom-labeled, custom-formulated, clearance, and special-order items are non-returnable. Service fees (such as labeling, processing, and shipping) are non-refundable.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to start a claim
Email wholesale@americanscreeningcorp.com with your order number and details. Do not return any item without prior authorization.
